1. About Nick & Stefan Motor Works Ltd

Nick & Stefan Motor Works Ltd (trading as Nick and Stefan Motor Works) is a UK-based vehicle repair, servicing, and MOT centre. We provide car repairs, vehicle servicing, MOT tests, and related automotive services.

2. Bookings

Making a Booking

Bookings made through our website are subject to availability and our acceptance. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking at our discretion. A booking confirmation email does not constitute a binding contract until we have confirmed availability.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made within 2 working days of the scheduled booking date and time are not eligible for a refund. Cancellations made with more than 2 working days' notice will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Late Arrivals

If you are late for your appointment and have prepaid, you may not be eligible for a refund if we are unable to accommodate your booking due to workshop scheduling.

3. Payments

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your card details. All transactions are subject to our standard pricing at the time of booking.

4. Services

All vehicle repair and MOT services are carried out by qualified technicians in accordance with industry standards and legal requirements. We will provide an estimate before carrying out any work above the agreed scope. Additional work will not be carried out without your authorisation.

We cannot guarantee that a vehicle will pass its MOT. The outcome of an MOT test is determined by the vehicle's condition at the time of inspection.

5. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nick and Stefan Motor Works shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service.

We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in your vehicle during service or repair.

6. Use of Our Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit any harmful, threatening, or abusive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
